Grade School and High School Recital

As I told you guys before, here's the video of our performance. Late, I know but they just uploaded it. This is my last performance as a Junior student as far as I know. There are only a few weeks left until summer vacation which means..... FREEDOM!

So back to the dance. My friends were actually surprised that I can do the body wave pretty well. Since I wasn't really the type who dances a lot of sexy stuff and whenever I do (ehemsecondyeardaysehem) I wouldn't really dance it seriously since I was pretty shy. But this year, I was really getting into dancing and thought why not show some of the skills that I've been hiding? HAHA! If you've read a post here on my blog  last year, it was also about a dance that was exactly like the first verse and chorus of Strip here. That's because our choreographer's also the one who made that dance and he just added more. All of the dancers here are either a Junior or a Senior student. It was a pretty fun experience.

DANCERS: I'm going to state the color of the sleeves so you would know which is which.
Girls : Idelyn *me!* (Orange - Junior), Josephine (Pinkish purple - Junior), Clarissa (Purple - Senior), Jasmine (Yellow - Senior), Kristine (Red - Senior)
Boys : Javerick (Orange - Junior), Elmar (Blue - Junior), Cjan (Red - Senior - Choreographer), Allan (Black - Senior), Joel (Green - Senior)

PUNP @ 20

February 18-23, 2013.

Our school celebrated it's 20th founding anniversary. There were a bunch of activities BUT I unfortunately didn't get to take pictures because my teacher didn't give back my memory card until the last day. These pictures are from my friend but I took some of them using her camera. Credits to her. ~

I've been studying at PUNP since the first grade and now I'm an upcoming Senior HS student. Woahh, let's say that this school has a big part of my life even though I kind of want to transfer. The whole week, I spend most of my time at school. I went home at around 8PM or 11PM, depending on the event.

Day 1 of Project 365: HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Happy New Year, everyone! I have decided to do Project 365 so I can also post stuff here but I honestly think that I won't get to finish this but I'll try!. The photo for today was taken this midnight, with my phone's camera since my digi-cam was drained by 10PM. I had fun celebrating New Year's Eve with le family~

We also have this kind of a tradition where every January 1, we (my mom's side) would go out for lunch. It was one of those times where I also get to see my cousins who live in MNL and it's really great since we had time to bond and stuff.

PUNP: Green University!

So yesterday, we had a clean-up drive which involved all the students at our school. All students were required to wear their white school shirt + jeans to show unity. We had different areas to clean up and I got assigned at a room in the ground floor used by us 3rd year - love students when our AC in the room isn't working. Unfortunately, I didn't get to take a bunch of photos since I was too busy. BAD BLOGGER [Photos later are just grabbed from schoolmates & teachers + some are from my camera which was borrowed by my friend, so credits to them]

So I got paired up with my bestfriends + 3 other classmates. We still had classes in the morning since the program started at 12PM. Our adviser wasn't around because of her review for the board exams which is why our computer teacher, Sir Bryan was the one who took care of our section. We were sent outside since the NSTP students started the program by dancing Oppa Gangnam Style at the parking lot and around the school globe.

Then after their little dance party, we went straight to the events complex for the opening remarks and such. It was so hot and since the bleachers were full of students from the grade school up to the college levels, we were squished together at first. Good thing some students went down and just squatted on the floor.

They did the usual roll-call of the different departments before starting the remarks, Sir Cruz and one of the NSTP heads did a speech about our "Green University". The opening program went on for about an hour. So I think you could guess that some of us students were pretty bored due to the heat and since most of us already know about the ClayGo Policy. Basically, it's the clean as you go rule wherein whenever you see trash scattered, you have to pick it up and throw it properly even if it isn't yours. After that, the students were sent to their respective areas. It was really tiring but fun. I had to climb the windows from the outside with Justine so we could reach the top glass which caused the college students who were cleaning the bulletin boards to look at us and whenever a friend of mine would pass by, they would cheer and say "Go Iidz, you can do it!" or "Careful, you might fall!" It was hard when we needed water since most faucets were occupied and there were many students who were at the firetruck. I must say the we did a pretty good job despite the fact that there were only 7 of us. Other students were assigned upstairs and outside our building which was hard to clean up because it was a total mess. Here are some random photos which I'm just going to dump after this sentence.

Cleaners outside:

MY GROUP:

After cleaning we just spent our time at our room upstairs since all the gates were closed and students weren't allowed to go out of the campus until 5PM. The team upstairs did a great job, our room was so slippery that when you sit on chairs, you have to be careful in order for it not to slide. Played with my classmates and took some photos. I also stayed outside since our aircon wasn't on. Talked to my friends from other sections and I got tickled a lot this day too. Is that weird or.....? We were suppose to have our practice for the event next friday and since I was a member of the student government, I had to take charge of the 2nd year's practice but since we were all pretty tired, we just decided not to. When it was finally 5PM, I went to the mall with friends. (Justine, Elmar, Javerick, Angelyka, Katrina, Renalie and their friend Sam which I didn't get the chance to talk to. :( Aww) We walked all the way from our school to the mall which was a pretty long walk but we didn't stay long since it was getting late. We arrived there at 5:30 and stayed for 10-15 minutes. Pretty useless since we didn't do anything but the bus that I had to take was just infront of the mall so it wasn't that useless. I had to wait for the bus since it was jeeps that were passing by.
I also forgot to get my charger from Kat. Ugh, good thing for laptops. Haha!

Okay, that was pretty much it. I can't wait for next friday. Another event! :)
More photos would be dumped after this sentence.

with Renalie, Paula, Alyssa and Justine!

JASTEN AND I!

Cjoy called me but I saw the camera so I hid my face. Hahaha!

HAGGARD FACE. This was when we took a small break from cleaning.
